Class- Beginner & Advanced Crochet
In this class you will learn the basics of crocheting. Starting with making a chain. We will cover single crochet and half double crochet, double crochet and treble crochet, you can learn at your own pace. The fee will cover 2 hours of class and instruction. Yarn must be purchased at the shop, you can bring your own hooks if you have them.
Pre-registration is required to attend a class. You may register online or call the shop at (941) 460-1958. Class fees are non-refundable.

| Instructor Bio: | Meet Meg Lindsey, our newest instructor and member of the ABOY staff! Meg learned to knit from her mom when she was a child. She learned to crochet in her twenties and loved how fast it was. She has crocheted most of her life, and has once again started knitting. After her husband retired, they moved to Florida, where a friend introduced Meg to her local yarn shop. Meg loved the feel and quality of the yarns and swore off big-box stores for good. Now, she calls A Bit O' Yarn home. When she's not working or teaching a class, you'll surely find her in the shop, knitting anything from a simple scarf to a complicated shawl. |
